The Macedonia recipe. |
Ingredients:

Canned Spinach |

Cottage Cheese (Large cartons) |

Feta Cheese (Crumbled) |

Fyllo Pastry |

Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, spinach and crumbled feta.
- Melt the butter in a separate bowl.
- Place 3 layers of the fyllo pastry on the counter.
- Sprinkle or brush the melted butter over the layers of pastry.
- Sprinkle the filling over the pastry.
- Fold the pastry towards you in a 3 inch fold.
- Do not press down on the pastry as you are folding.
- Place in a large pan and bake at 350 degrees until the tips get golden brown.
- While still hot from the oven, cover the top with the melted butter.
