Kourambiedes
A variation of the previous recipe. |
Ingredients:

Almonds (Finely chopped) |

Baking Powder |

Butter (Sweet butter) |

Icing Sugar |

Directions:
- Melt the butter and let it cool off.
- Mix the sugar, yoke, almonds, baking powder.
- When the butter has cooled put in the other ingredients.
- Start adding the flour one cup at a time until the dough is not that sticky.
- Cut in small pieces and shape then in to whatever shape you like.
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 1/2 hour.
- Let the cookies cool off and sprinkle the powdered sugar over them.
