Crepe Batter
Savoury or sweet, every Greek loves a crepe. |
Ingredients:
1/2 |
Cup |
Butter (Melted) |
4 |
Medium |
Egg (Whole) |
2 |
Cup |
Flour |
2 |
Cup |
Milk |
1/4 |
Teaspoon |
Salt |

Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender
- Blend for 1 minute
- Scrape down sides and blend another 20 seconds
- Refrigertate for at least one hour
- Cook crepes on a pan at medium-high heat.
- Stuff and top with fixings of your choice.
