Pork with Oil and Oregano |
Ingredients:

Pork (Cut into Cubes) |

Directions:
- Fry the cubed pork in the oil until brown.
- Pour in the wine and lemon juice.
- Add all other ingredients and stir.
- Cover and simmer for 40 minutes, adding water if needed.
- Continue to cook until just the sauce is left.
