Chicken with potatoes |
Ingredients:

Directions:
- Clean the chicken and remove the excess fat.
- Rub the chicken with lemon and season with the salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Oil a baking dish.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters and place in the oiled baking dish.
- Place the chicken in the middle of the tin and add a few cups of water and the garlic slices.
- Bake in a preheated, medium oven for 1 1/2 hours.
