Macaronia me Kima
Spaghetti with meat sauce. |
Ingredients:

Butter |

Garlic (Chopped) |

Ground Beef |

Nutmeg (To taste) |

Onion (Finely chopped) |

Parsley (Chopped) |

Red Wine |

Tomato Sauce |

Directions:
- Heat the butter in a large frying pan and saute the ground beef and onion until slightly browned.
- Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook over a low-medium heat for 2-3 hours.
- Stir occasionally and season to taste, also remove any oils collecting on top of the sauce.
