Makaronia me Tono
A recipe from Asia Minor. |
Ingredients:

Tomatoes (Peeled & sliced) |

Directions:
- Peel and dice the tomatoes.
- Add to a pan together with garlic, olive oil, bay leaves and seasoning and leave simmering until all the water from the tomatoes is absorbed.
- In the meantime, prepare water and cook the spaghetti.
- Drain the tuna and mix with well-chopped parsley.
- As soon as the tomato mixture is reduced, add the tuna mixture and simmer until the mixture blends together (usually is about 5-10 mins extra time).
- Leave sauce to cool.
- When the spaghetti is ready, add cheese to the sauce and serve.
