Leek Potato
For those cold winter nights. |
Ingredients:

Butter |

Chicken Broth |

Cream |

Leeks (Finely chopped) |

Pepper (Or to taste) |

Potatoes (Peeled and thinly sliced) |

Salt (Or to taste) |

Yellow Onions (Finely chopped) |

Directions:
- Sautee leeks and onion for 3 minutes in the butter.
- Add chicken broth.
- Simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Stir in cream.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
